Abstract
The Google Print court case has been the subject of much discussion and controversy. Stakeholders have been waiting with anticipation for the court’s decision, but instead the case has settled out of court. Andrés Guadamuz González, E-Commerce Law, University of Edinburgh, and Co-Director of the SCRIPT, Centre for Studies in IP and Technology Law, highlights some of the legal implications and technical details of the settlement.
