Abstract

All of us hunger for what elevates. This paper deals with what makes a leader, and it highlights the core values and highest principles of a leader, coming from within and extending out to reach and impact the leader’s followers. The core values that the leaders uphold supply them the upper-hand when leading. It also gives them the motivation as well as the spiritual ballast. In short, the paper also speaks of the benefits of inner leadership and relates them to the readers.
