Abstract

Circles of Support and Accountability use lay members of the public to provide support to and supervision of high risk sex offenders in the community. This report was commissioned by the Scottish Government to overview how Circles work, the research base on them and the issues relevant to determining whether such an initiative would be feasible to implement in Scotland.
