Abstract

The debate on Fragmentation of International Law, has itself become fragmented. This paper is an attempt at creating a framework in which to analyse the current fragmentation debate. It is intended to allow the reader to see the implicit assumptions that the various authors may make, and thereby place that contribution in the correct light.
