Abstract

In this short article, Professor Paulsen explains how our Constitution is perfect and how every Supreme Court interpretation of the Constitution is also perfectly perfect. He proposes modest clarifying changes in the written text of the Constitution to bring it into more perfect union with the Supreme Court's perfect interpretations.
