Abstract

Based on an address the author gave in Paris in December 2009 at an international program entitled "Revisiting Business Ethics," the present paper attempts to clarify, both philosophically and ethically, the most important aspects of what are called "ethical business practices" and "corporate social responsibility" as these themes present themselves to the individual corporate employee confronted with ethical problems.
