Abstract

Stress management is often visible in organisational settings and every organisation is making an effort to find the real causes of stress. Stress is not always negative one, for some employees it is constructive too. This research literature discuss the conceptual framework elaborating the effectiveness of stress in certain demanding situations and how effectively and efficiently stress can be managed in a dynamic environment. No matter how many ways an organization finds to reduce stress still there is a problem of increase stress that leads to reduce the employee productivity in general perspective. This particular research shows the practical approach in the the selected organisation to execute the primary research for finding the cause person. it is not always negative and neither positive for all employees working under one roof at one level.
