On March 31 (2014), the International Court of Justice delivered its judgment in the case concerning Whaling in the Antarctic (Australia v. Japan; New Zealand intervening). The paper analyzes the facts and reasoning of the judgment. The paper also mulls as to the response of Japanese government regarding the landmark judgment.
