Abstract: The paper deals extensively with the fact that marketing is everyone's business within the organization. Any organization in any industry cannot draw out the blueprint of its success within the given uncertainty of future challenges unless and until it has a very holistic and comprehensive strategy itself. Considering the importance of strategizing for future, the author would highlight the importance of CRM, Knowledge Management, Database, Market Research, Relationships with Value Chain Partners, Advertising and Public Relations Agency, Technology, Defection Rates, Holistic Marketing and many more such key issues that are of utmost significance for any firm to stand out in a situation of hyper competition. The paper would focus on the recent theories given by Philip Kotler, the guru of marketing.

Abstract: The paper would extensively deal with the critical issues which any organization will have to deal with while they plan to go global. The various permutations and combinations of different cultures which the firm would have to adopt to get on with its operations in different countries. These critical issues would range from environmental differences like political, cultural, legal, economic, etc, diversity issues of workforce, corporate culture vs country-specific culture, business practices, product vs service company, cultural sensitivity of the management, business ethics, transcultural competence and many more such issues which need to be discussed for international business organizations. Organizations will also have to consider cross cultural configuration for developing such systems and processes in place so as to facilitate the following: 1. Negotiations with various business partners and government bodies. 2. Long term strategic alliances with complementing and competing organizations. 3. Leveraging cultural differences and synergies. 4. Cultural preservation and appreciation. 5. Cultural revitalization. Along with these the purpose of entering into international trade should not be forgotten. Hence the need to mould the marketing, human resource, finance, operations activities as per the requirements of the country's culture. In explaining how global behemoths can bring about universal excellence, the author would refer to cross cultural studies done by Hofstede, Berry and Cox. The paper would conclude by analyzing emerging practices, trends and future scenario in managing cultural diversity to achieve cohesiveness by the global organizations.

Abstract: The paper would focus on how various celebrities from various fields have posed as entrepreneurs for themselves. How they have formed themselves as an organization and are marketing themselves as products or brands. The issues would include how they have used celebrity image consultants for themselves similar to corporate image building consultancy by various organizations. The main theme of the paper would be to analyze the success formula for such entrepreneur endorsers. It would also discuss the various strategies followed by celebrities and the extent of success they have achieved. Another aspect of the endorsing, which would be dealt with, is that how some entrepreneurs of successful firms have posed them as celebrities and have not resorted to any film stars or sportsperson and yet had success. The paper would conclude by discussing the strategy, which could work for celebrity entrepreneurs and the various pitfalls that they should look out for. In this respect the concept of Self Branding would be emphasized.
