Abstract:
The aim of this article is to investigate how Information and Communication Technology (ICT) can interact with politics. The project presents the impact of the ICTs on the patterns of citizens' political behavior, democratic decision-making, and the ways in which citizens interact with representatives and officials through electronic services offered.
The aim is not to make recommendations on possible forms of electronic democracy, but to encourage the usage of software tools in politics and government.
