Abstract:
A survey of judicial decisions applying law and procedure particular to maritime cases, interpreting the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act, demise charter parties, policies of marine insurance, and the 1989 Salvage Convention, as well as the nature of the duty owed by one offering cruises for viewing dolphins or spear-fishing and the right to limitation of liability in a case of recreational craft collision.
