2007 Kauffman Symposium on Entrepreneurship and Innovation Data

Abstract:     
The Management Practices data set covers 732 medium-sized manufacturing firms in the United States, United Kingdom, France, and Germany. The measures of managerial practice are strongly associated with firm-level productivity, profitability, Tobin's Q, and survival rates.

Once the download is complete, open the file in the application you use to listen to audio (mp3) files (i.e. Windows Media Player, RealPlayer, etc.). You may get a message stating that the file extension isn't the normal type for that application. If you see that message, select the option to open the file despite this warning.
