Building a Tower of Babel or Building a Discipline? Talking About Legal Writing

Abstract:     
This article examines the language legal writing professors use and create to teach legal writing. It concludes the benefits of creating a legal writing language outweigh the risk of confusion, because legal writing professors are actually creating the emerging discipline as they create new language.
