Risk Management of Project Finance and its Application in China

Abstract:     
Risk management is the key point of project finance. Giving the general description of project finance on basic concepts, this paper cited an internationally accepted index system of project financing risk evaluation and financial ramification tools to measure and controls the project financing risk quantificationally. As to deepen the consciousness of risk protection, a set of scheme about risk management is summarized and combined with the Chinese macro-capital market environment, juristic environment, consciousness and factors like these. Based on the discussion above, a series of solutions and suggestions are given.
