Abstract:
Peter Fuller, an American executive with Great Plains Foods of Iowa travels to Buenos Aires to investigate the possibility of forming a strategic alliance with Comidas Gaucho, an Argentine beef processor. While the potential gains from the alliance appear to be great for both companies, difficulties develop during the business trip that cause Peter to reconsider the potential relationship.
