The Rise in International Health Care Tourism

This case explores the increasing demand for international health care tourism. As the price of health care increases in the United States, and as increasing numbers of American become uninsured, many Americans are opting for health care procedures outside the United states. The case addresses the strategic challenges to the American medical industry.
