E-Learning in Romanian Higher Education

Abstract:     
The importance of university and college strategic planning has been well established. This paper addresses to all Universities in Romania, studies the importance regarding the evolution and fundamental values strategies. The search for effective pedagogy is of key importance since the need to excite learners' interests, retain them on courses and enable their progression is vital to institutions and practitioners as well as learners themselves. This case study seeks to provide the elaboration of the strategy regarding the implementing of a web portal for eLearning in the Universities in Romania.
