Patent-Secret Mix in Complex Product FirmsElisabetta OttozUniversity of Turin - Department of Economics Franco CugnoUniversity of Turin spring 2008 American Law and Economics Review, Vol. 10, Issue 1, pp. 142-158, 2008 Abstract: Different protection mechanisms may be employed at the same time when an innovation is comprised of separately protectable components.
