Abstract:
Interpreters of the Viena Convention of Interantional Sale of Goods (CISG) have to take into account the decisions of arbitral tribunals and foreign judges to make an international interpretation of this international uniform commercial instrument. This article is focused in the autonomous international interpretation made by judges and tribunals, specially the Spanish case law.
