Ralf Michaels Duke University - School of Law Duke Law School Public Law & Legal Theory Paper No. 218 Journal of Private International Law, Vol. 4, No. 1 Abstract: The relationship between public and private international law, the issue of the excellent book under review, has often been addressed.
