Abstract:
In a philosophical model potential natural facts and circumstances in history, suggested as unknown, undefined, confusing in retrospect, not referred to, are given an orientation with respect to known genetic and medical parameters and employed as explanation of facts in the tangible course of history, science theory construction and ensuing technology.
