This manuscript will attempt to examine the concept of Emotional Intelligence and its application to the professional environment, as much as the further focus on its applicability to the tourist industry, but more specifically to the Hospitality.
The scope for this study is to determine the advantages of the knowledge and application of Emotional Intelligence within the Hospitality realm, both towards the internal workgroup than towards the relation to guests.
