Micro Credit Program of Selected NGOs: An Empirical Study on Rural Women of Comilla District in BangladeshMohammad ShamsuddohaUniversity of Chittagong February 10, 2009 Abstract: Women development has been an important issue in the developing country like Bangladesh. Both NGO's and Government have taken different entrepreneurial program for rural women development for their empowerment and alleviating poverty level. The study has evaluated the entrepreneurial program of well-known NGO's like BRAC and Grameen and traced the problem facing the selected women entrepreneurs. Therefore, the study has come out with important policy measures for making the entrepreneurial program effective.
