Entrepreneur is a person, who seeking all resource of factor of production, resource management, behavior, cultural, financial, economical and political for establishing, invention and founded enterprise, have assumption of risk against profit and future growth.

There all resource are applies to the economic developments and growth of small scale industry as well as large scale industry.
