Abstract:     
This Article is a survey of the highlights of noteworthy sales cases from 2008 decided under Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code. Particular Article 2 highlights include the mixed goods case of Florists' Mutual Insurance Co. v. Lewis Taylor Farms, Inc. and the good faith case of Bellco Drug Corp. v. Global Supply Force, Inc.
