CRM Implementation Strategies for Mobile Phone Service ProvidersMuthumani SakthivelSathyabama University April 10, 2005 Abstract: This research paper specifically focuses on mobile Phone service providers' Customer Relation Management services, which deal with managing the customer relationship throughout the entire customer life cycle, supporting marketing, sales and after sale service activities. Mobile Phone service provider Customer Relationship Management (CRM) services seem to have all the characteristics commonly associated to successful mobile services. Customer relationship management (CRM) has yet to achieve the promise that has inspired many companies to make significant investments in new technologies and processes. The aim of the research work is to develop a CRM implementation approach for mobile phone service providing organization.
