Abstract
The paper starts reviewing the legislative and case law European and US experience on ISP liability based on safe harbour provisions. Following this we take on the main regulations on the Peru-US Free Trade Agreement regarding ISP liability. Finally we reach some preliminary conclusions regarding the implementation of this provisions within the Peruvian legal framework.
