Abstract:
This review of Crime, Aboriginality and the Decolonisation of Justice examines how Harry Blagg’s contribution marries a theoretical critique of the existing criminal justice system (particularly the role of policing) with practical examples of alternative community justice programs. However, it also points to limitations, such as its attachment to established schemes (such as community patrols), rather than reflecting on how Aboriginal laws may operate free from government-imposed outcomes.

Keywords: litigation, torts, civil procedure, discovery, abuse of court process
