A new game illustrating the trade-off between production of dirty goods and environmental clean-up is developed. Student feedback from playing the game has been very positive. To test the effectiveness of the game a multiple choice questionnaire on the production possibility frontier was administered in two introductory economics courses as a pre-test (prior to the topic presentation) and as a post-test (after the topic was delivered) to measure value added. Results indicate no statistically significant value added of using the game relative to the "chalk and talk" method.
