Abstract:
The purpose of this work is the study of the institutional transformation problem in the Forest industry of Irkutsk province, determination of the most prospective ways of reforming of the Forest industry in the context of local institutional structure transformation, determination and systematization of formal and informal institutes, and revealing of the potential problems related to the institutional transformations in the Forest industry of Irkutsk province. Besides that, there is a need to evaluate the Institutional changes in the forest industry of Irkutsk province applying Q-methodology for example.
