A Little Older, a Little Wiser, and Still Committed
Mark Strasser Capital University - Law School Rutgers Law Review, Vol. 61, pp. 507-27, 2009 Abstract: This symposium piece continues a debate between Thomas Stoddard and Paula Ettelbrick regarding the advisabiilty of pressing for same-sex marriage rights. While acknowledging that time, energy, and money might be spent in a number of ways that would benefit the LGBT community, the Essay nonetheless argues that because securing marriage equality in more states would be valuable both in itself and instrumentally, the struggle should continue unabated.
