Law and Genocide: A Critical Annotated Bibliography
Arizona State University (ASU) - Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law
Hastings International and Comparative Law Review, Vol. 11, pp. 381-390, 1988
This bibliography provides an assessment of the writings on law and genocide. The writings annotated here are a microcosm of a vast and growing literature on international human rights. A number of important titles which do not specifically address genocide are listed to provide a context for the more narrow discourse on genocide. Preceding the bibliography is a brief review of the history of the ideas pertaining to law and genocide.
