Abstract:
This piece responds to three articles presented at the Symposium on Foundations of Intellectual Property Reform recently held at the University of Pennsylvania. The central topic is the relationship between patent quality and patent system reform. This piece uses the subject articles to illuminate some current issues in patent law, patent quality, and patent-system reform, and suggests a number of possibilities for future work.
