Abstract:     
In the current world situation, regional integration processes place in parallel with globalization, both representing not an end in itself but the way to achieve national interests. Thus, for U.S. economic interests prevail in societies transnational; for Japan's economic interests were oriented the Pacific, where subsidiaries of large companies are found, for countries Western European economic interests led to the formation and evolution European Economic Community (EEC), which would become the Union Union (EU).
