Levin College of Law September 14, 1975 University of Illinois Law Review, Vol. 1975, No. 4, 1975 Abstract: This Article suggests that the civil action based upon a lack of informed consent, as applied by the courts to date, is inadequate to its assigned task. The Article suggests judicial and legislative changes in the informed consent action to remedy the identified weakness.
