Abstract:
Business administration faculties in Colombia, as well as, many Latin American School Business doesn’t have national study cases that let them analyse from their own perspective the reality of the management. That means to turn to problems and solutions that does not belong to their own organizations culture or even to their typical behaviors. This fact, helped as a catalyst to my investigation, where I try to understand the Colombian management proposal under highly complex environments such as contraband, guerrilla groups and corruption.
