This informal book chapter provides an introduction to practical ethics for working executives and professionals. Ethics is defined and distinguished from compliance with law. Guidance is suggested for developing and nurturing moral perception. One imagined problematic business scenario is explored, and the guidance moves briefly into ethical analysis and deliberation.
