Mind-Building: A Neglected Dimension of the Prophetic Heritage

Abstract:     
While the role and place of character-building is well understood by Muslims, there is little recognition and appreciation of Islam's emphasis on mind-building. This brief essay highlights some of the important aspects of how mind-building has been deeply neglected by Muslims and what are some of the key aspects to help Muslims enhance their awareness and understanding about mind-building.
