Abstract:     
A new Spiritual Business Organization will increase profits, increase employee satisfaction and retention while increasing performance hence designing an organizational culture with spirituality and values. A Spiritual Business Organization provides meaning and purpose to employees while empowering the leadership to spiritualized leadership that is tangible and attainable. A new Spiritual Business Organizational Model is unveiled to address pertinent issues of increasing profits, reducing employee turn over, and increasing employee satisfaction with a Spiritual Business Organization.
