Abstract:     
This Article is a survey of the highlights of noteworthy sales cases from 2009 decided under Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code. Particular Article 2 highlights include the warranty cases of Wade v. Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc., Wilke v. Woodhouse Ford, Inc. and Nigro v. Lee and the Florists' Mutual Insurance Co. v. Lewis Taylor Farms, Inc. and the adequate assurances case of Validsa, Inc. v. PDVSA Services Inc.
