Abstract:     
The Argentine monetary program for 2010 shows in broad outline the accumulation of personal experiences during the financial crisis that Argentina faced the inflationary process from 1989 onwards. The measures taken by the Monetary Authority during the crisis of global imbalances for 2007-2009 enabled successfully stabilize the money market, using monetary policy rules under the scheme called managed float, they were supported by the intermediate target for external asset accumulation. The first part will discuss the conceptual frameworks and the economic outlook outlined in the program, the second the objectives and instruments of that and the signs portending the institutional crisis of January 2010.
