Abstract:
This article aims at providing a review on telecommunication regulations and its enabling environments in Thailand. The fact that telecommunication sector is the pilot industry of Thailand in competition regulations will provide audiences an observation of how competition laws in Thailand would be further developed. This essay also suggests that though Thailand has less experience in competitive market, its situation is well-positioned for level playing field of competition.
