In 'Vieth', Court Continues to Misunderstand Gerrymandering

Abstract:     
Reported the surprising fact that the concept of symmetry had not yet been argued before the U.S. Supreme Court and that a mathematical formula had been developed to indicate the degree of gerrymandering which has been accepted as the standard by the political science profession.
