Abstract:     
In this paper, the academician-practitioner examines Zen as the path, and a practical one, to improve one’s leadership skills. Here, leadership lessons are derived from the Zen, a form of the Mahayana Buddhism. It can be viewed as a study of some key personal qualities and conduct necessary or as a platform for leadership mastery and excellence.
