Abstract:     
The economic problem today is the abundance of information and not the abundance of scarce resources. That the impact of knowledge has become crucial to the entire economic activity . Moreover, knowledge has become a major asset for any social and economic growth. All Countries of the world seek to control as much as possible of knowledge. For this, it is necessary to adapt the Arab economies to new situations. And have the ability to compete under these circumstances through the Entrepreneurship and to identify opportunities .in addition to create markets and new products to adapt to new technologies and applications. This paper aims to study the role of Entrepreneurship in the Arab development under the knowledge economy.
