Abstract:     
An analysis of provisions -- an exception to copyright and a compulsory licence -- proposed to be introduced into the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, in order to make available to disabled persons copies of copyrighted works in accessible formats. (These provisions have been included in the Indian Copyright Amendment Bill, 2010.)
