Abstract:
The constitution of a world community brings along the development of juridical operations with a growing supranational character attached to the national legal constellations, though with relative autonomy from them. This article seeks to distinguish four legal systems. These are: The national legal system, the international, the supranational and the neo spontaneous one. The first one is the classical model characteristic of the national state, the second system is constituted by the association of sovereign states, the third one results from the delegation of power of these states to specialized juridical forums and the fourth system arises without any links to the state starting from the autonomous operations of different functional spaces. Characteristic examples of this last case, are the “lex mercatoria, lex sportiva, lex digitalis”, among others
