Abstract:
This article discusses the issue of In Blank criminal laws and their use in Criminal Law directed by a society of risk. First, specific aspects regarding In Blank criminal laws are addressed, like their concept, genesis and classification, as well as their justification (1). Secondly, we analyze the so-called Criminal law of risk, as a product resulting from the influence of modern society of risk in Criminal law (2). Finally, we analyze specific constitutional aspects that prevent compliance with a Criminal law of risk and, consequently, the abuse of In Blank criminal laws (3).
