Abstract:
This research aims to recognize the relationship between emotional intelligence (EQ) and time management among Bachelor students of Qazvin University of Medical Sciences. It initially deals with the importance of EQ, its history and the benefits if time management and then using statistical methods, it reviews the hypotheses on the relationship of EQ and time management.
The results from the research showed that a positive correlation exists between emotional intelligence and time management and between all components of emotional intelligence with time management.
