Abstract:     
Indonesia has many and huge natural resource likewise forest. Most prospective problem has been found commonly is on sectoral egoism regulation. It has been choiced and applied since early Dutch colonization era in 19th century. Many impacts are aroused such as environmental hazard, degradation through social lifes and economic losses.This paper elaborates on basic correlation among natural resource, land use, environmental aspect to launch in compact explanation regarding many natural resources disputes and law regime applied for.
